Alliance Practice is dedicated to serving select organizations that are actively seeking mutually beneficial collaboration in the trauma informed care sector. All boats will rise by harnessing collaboration, technology and innovation.
Our job is two-fold:
1. To ensure our clients are properly aligned with good practice so they are prepared to participate in effective alliances.
2. To help these alliances reach more people.
We recognize the power of harnessing advancing technology, including AI technology, to help advance your mission. However, the only way organizations can really reach a world that is hurting is by joining with others committed to doing the same thing. We want to talk with you about strengthening your organization, and then getting involved with others for your benefit and theirs through alliance building. A trauma-infected world is waiting for your courageous leadership.

In a world haunted by trauma, we serve organizations committed to reversing the unchecked spread of trauma’s rampant effects currently threatening 1 billion children globally.
Like you, we know that turning this devastating tide will require sustained and relentless far-sightedness addressing “upstream” trauma to significantly reduce such downstream social ills as rampant gun violence, devastating health effects of obesity, pervasive sexual abuse, and cyclical poverty, which continue to confound social scientists, physicians, and mental health professionals.
Our driving motivation is the belief that within a single generation of 20 years, we will live in a world with healthier children who emerge into adulthood with their hopes and capabilities intact to engage meaningfully in the relationships and activities that make families, communities and
nations flourish.
As Trauma Informed Care sector experts, we recognize that meeting a grand challenge of this magnitude requires unprecedented levels of partnering, generosity, and technical innovation.
