not-for-profit management, primarily in the health sector.
Most recently in April 2023 he concluded a 17-year tenure as CEO at Creating Healthier Communities. Previously, he served 20 years with American Diabetes Association (ADA), culminating in the role of Chief Field Officer, following six years with American Cancer Society.
He has architected several consequential health initiatives, not only bolstering organizational infrastructure to increase impact but also extending reach through collaboration with other
organizations. His focus has been on social determinants of health and advancing health equity in underserved communities.
Currently, Tom serves as the Board Chair for ZERO Prostate Cancer, a member of the Pfizer Cancer Patient Centricity Steering Committee and a member of the Board of Directors for the Institute for Sustainable Development.
Residing in northern Virginia, Tom and his wife, Suzan, have enjoyed a 43-year marriage and have three adult children.

Bob has spent the bulk of his career in non-for-profit management, most recently as President and CEO of American Bible Society, where he served in various leadership roles for 23 years.
Previously he had worked for nearly a decade at American Diabetes Association. Earlier he had helped launch a small publishing company after years of service in public relations and journalism roles.
He helped launch and build a significant alliance in the Bible translation sector called Every Tribe Every Nation, drawing together 11 organizations to collaborate on reaching the goal of a translation in every living language.
He came to recognize that collective action produces more impact and attracts more funding than organizations working alone. He also came to recognize the strategic priority of addressing trauma as the upstream contributor to a wide array of social ills.

Lee Manis has extensive experience (24+ years) in non-profit leadership, revenue generation, well informed strategy development, branding, and building high-performance teams.
Most recently he has been advising multiple organizations to reposition their work to fit changing market conditions. To do this he developed a methodology drawing on stakeholder interviews and market analysis to inform and produce customized strategy design.
Previously he had spent 20 years with American Bible Society in a variety of leadership roles featuring strategy design, generosity generation, donor development, and effective brand messaging.
His earlier career, spanning 20-years, was in the consumer product sector, primarily within the Hallmark family of companies, working extensively in the disciplines of team leadership, product development, branding, product marketing and revenue driving communications.
Residing in the greater Atlanta area, Lee and Rhonda, his wife of 45 years, have two adult sons, a wonderful daughter-in-law, and one grandchild.
